Why stretch & mobility?
No matter the walk of life youโre in, some clients are looking to improve their sports performance, some are looking to decrease joint or back pain, or simply some are looking for better flexibility or mobility.
If this is you, then these stretch and mobility sessions are for you! These sessions can be in-person or virtual.

Why a posture assessment? How will it help me?
Purpose: to determine muscle imbalances, which may cause unnecessary stress on the bones, joints, ligaments, and muscles. As your personal trainer, this assessment will give me a clear understanding of your bodyโs tendencies, allowing a better blueprint and plan for your training program. We will be able to address postural issues as well as muscle weakness and tightness.
