Our lives are busy! Whatever it may be, one of the things I teach as a Health Coach and try to follow myself is to have foods that I love readily available!
This salad is that for me. I absolutely LOvE it! After a full morning of clients, I need something fast, healthy and nourishing!

Salad:
Mixed greens
chicken
mandarin orange
pecans and feta!
Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cups lemon juice
1TBSP red wine vinaigrette
